We have implemented another "trade fair" website - PVA EXPO PRAHA
The PVA EXPO PRAHA complex occupies almost incredible 105,000 m² of indoor and outdoor areas. There is no more modern and larger fairgrounds in our capital. You can hold any large event there - from conferences to various shows. Educational and entertainment events for children and adults take place there.
And you know what? It has a new website now. Let's read its story!
We wanted the new pvaexpo.cz website to be a user-friendly signpost for visitors and those interested in exhibition spaces. However, this assignment involved a number of complications and challenges. Thanks to the proactive approach and professional project management by Dactyl, everything was solved and the result is a modern and functional website. I would also like to appreciate the robust and intuitive web content management system, which works very well with our corporate information system.
The web of exhibition center in Letňany already remembered something
Time doesn't ask and everything grows. The old jacket is still warm and will (perhaps) do a great job but the website should be up to date. It will only fulfill its goals adequately if it is informationally clear, responsive and graphically clean.
When you clicked on pvaexpo.cz some time ago, a website from 1996 peeked at you. It was 25 years old! What did it look like? Good for that age. However, our client had some objections. It was particularly bothered by his:
complicated site navigation,
duplicate subpage content,
content with regard to target groups,
lack of responsiveness,
No problem, we said to ourselves. In addition, we already have experience with the presentation of similar stamping thanks to the cooperation with Trade Fairs Brno (however, it was a bit more complicated there due to the connection to various systems, so you can read it). So we started working on that.
The proposal was preceded by a workshop and analysis
PVA EXPO PRAGUE attracts a lot of people and gets a lot of attention. The new website therefore demanded data.
The workshop helped us determine all the client's requirements and write a detailed specification. The analysis then clarified which places to pay attention to and why.
The new website helps achieve the goals
We try to simplify processes for clients as much as possible. Therefore, we connected our system with the client so that it automatically obtains data, e.g. about news or events. Even saving time and work counts. But the impression from the website that visitors visit is important. Thanks to the fact that it's now clearer, more modern and easy to navigate, in has an impact on:
increasing ticket sales,
quality information for visitors.
Users who are event visitors, clients which are interested in exhibition space, potential exhibitors and the media will find, for example a calendar of events with the possibility of filtering, information about the lease of the area and, of course, information about the company or an overview of news. And so now PVA EXPO PRAHA brings a relaxing experience from visiting its website.
